Loss Control


PROCESS OF REGISTRATING A LOSS
  1. Before a loss/ theft/burglary/accident/excess payment etc. can be registered, the incident must be reported to the nearest Police Station and a crime reference number obtained.
  2. The crime reference number along with all and or any documentation/ accident report etc. must be forwarded to the loss control along with the registration forms.
  3. Once this has been completed an ACS number will be issued to the relevant person (s).
  4. All investigations thereafter will be conducted by the Loss Control Office, to determine liability of loss.
