PROCESS OF REGISTRATING A LOSS
- Before a loss/ theft/burglary/accident/excess payment etc. can be registered, the incident must be reported to the nearest Police Station and a crime reference number obtained.
- The crime reference number along with all and or any documentation/ accident report etc. must be forwarded to the loss control along with the registration forms.
- Once this has been completed an ACS number will be issued to the relevant person (s).
- All investigations thereafter will be conducted by the Loss Control Office, to determine liability of loss.
